All relevant aspects, especially those relating to defense technology, are taken into account right from the design and construction stage. We like to work closely with our customers to find the best solution together.
Once the design is promising, we produce a prototype that is as close to series production as possible. This usually allows initial experience to be gained. We produce further prototypes for optimization purposes. Only when the result is satisfactory is the design finalized and the series tools and fixtures manufactured, often in our own tool shop.
Our experience has shown that significant optimizations take place and ideas are developed and implemented, particularly in the prototype construction phase.

The technical expertise and wealth of experience of our employees, as well as their ability to evaluate and communicate this knowledge, are key factors in the successful implementation of development projects. This also includes the professional equipment in their work areas.

Our employees are characterized by motivation, experience, a scientific approach to their work, and technical expertise. All the necessary technology and equipment is provided in the spacious work area. In order to ensure process reliability on an industrial scale, production machines are also provided for development activities.

Employees accompany the product until it is ready for series production and then train our production team. Professional series production can then begin and a new development project can start.
